Fast-Track FREE REGISTRATION - If the School is interested to join the UNYF Student Network (SNet), then scanned all documents mentioned below and email it to unyouth@mail2diplomat.com. You request will be acknowledged by UNYF by sending you an Official Registration Number with instructions to post the original letters and supporting documents needed to finalize the registration process.

Letter of Request from the Principal to the Hon. Shasheendra Rajapaksa, Director-General, United Nations Youth Federation of Sri Lanka (Principal will server as the Patron of the new United Nations Club (UNC) of the School).
Principal's Letter of Recommendation to the UNYF for the appointment of Founder Teacher-In-Charge of the new United Nations Club (UNC) (attach a copy of the Teacher's Bio Data. Term of Office will be maximum of 12 calendar months. Extension of the next term will based on the feedback received from both Outgoing and Incoming Student Executive Committee members, to the Director-General of UNYF. Students need to directly and individually post the feedback on or before 15th February of the respective year.)
Principal's Letter of Recommendation to the UNYF for the appointment of Student Advisor (attach a copy of the Bio Data of a Sponsor who will support 12 months of administration expenses of the UNC. Extension of the next term will based on the feedback received from both Outgoing and Incoming Student President, Secretary, Treasurer and Editor to the Director-General of UNYF. Students need to directly and individually post the feedback on or before 15th February of the respective year.).
The Names List of the Founder Student's Executive Committee as approved by the Principal, Teacher-In-Charge and Student Advisor. (Student President, Student Vice President-1, Student Vice President-2, Student Secretary, Student Assistant Secretary-1, Student Assistant Secretary-2, Student Treasurer, Student Deputy Treasurer, Student Assistant Treasurer, Student Editor, student Assistant Editor (Sinhala Publications), Student Assistant Editor (Tamil Publications).
The Names List of the other Founder Student Members as approved by the Principal, Teacher-In-Charge and Student Advisor.
Since each Student member will be separately registered, the full name of each student (as per the Birth certificate), Date of Birth, Gender (Male/Female) and home address of the student is important to send in a separate sheet of paper as countersigned by the Principal and Parent/Guardian of each Student with NIC Number. This will enable the student to obtain Membership of the UNYF Youth Network when he/she reach the age of 18. Also, this will enable the Student to directly request for a Service Letter from UNYF when he/she applies for a Scholarship, University, Vocational training or local / foreign employment.
